We have a range of empty properties that are rented with furniture of your own preference from our wide range furniture from our store. It is, very simple, once you have decided on the apartment, we arrange your visit to our store to choose the type of furniture you would like up to kitchen ware and crockery. The per month furnishing lease rates are as below for standard/basic furniture requirement, the prices may change depending on client needs and duration of stay.

For furniture lease, the minimum rental period should be  4months and a above and tenant should pay deposit for leave of furniture equivalent to 2.5 furniture lease rentals.Furnishing takes a maximum of 10 days.
